BOTS TD

Bots TD flips the classic tower defense genre on its head by plunging players directly into the action with a first-person 3D perspective. Instead of playing as an commander in the sky, you are a defense architect on the ground, actively sprinting across the map to construct, manage, and upgrade defensive towers. You must think on your feet and utilize the terrain to defend your objective from relentless, escalating waves of enemy combat bots. 

Built entirely from scratch as an advanced student project, Bots TD runs on a custom C++ 3D game engine. This project showcases the complexities of rendering 3D environments, real-time lighting, 3D physics and data management without the aid of commercial engines.
